At 9 Degrees Parramatta we strive to provide the best training experience possible. We have facilities available for strength training to break through plateaus, stretching to increase flexibility or cardio to get your heart rate going.
We are equipped with a full range of free weights and benches, cable machines, cardio training equipment, Cross Fit training equipment and more.
Free weights available:
Weekdays: 5:30pm-10pm
Public Holidays & Weekends: 10am-10pm
