Membership fine print you need to know

9 DEGREES MEMBERSHIP FINE PRINT

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Enjoy unlimited climbing at any 9 Degrees for the duration of your membership
  • 9% off all retail that is stocked by 9 Degrees. This excludes items sold by the Climbing Anchors Mini Stores within Lane Cove and Waterloo.
  • Shoe hire not included

    • PREPAID MEMBERSHIP FINE PRINT

  • Memberships may be frozen at no cost for a minimum of 2 weeks
  • Memberships are not refundable. They may be transferred in extenuating circumstances. Please contact info@9degrees.com.au to request a transfer

    • DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIP FINE PRINT

  • Billed monthly
  • A minimum engagement of at least one full billing cycle
  • No lock in contract. You may cancel at the end of each billing cycle, which is the 3rd of each month
  • Memberships may be frozen at no cost for a minimum of 2 weeks

    • IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    9D is within their rights to change venue offerings, opening hours and locations without triggering a refund. Memberships may be cancelled in case of customer misconduct at a 9D venue.
